Stock des neu gebauten Pure Living Gebäudes mit einem Concierge Service, großzügigem Eingangsbereich, 4 Aufzügen und ruhigem Innenhof. Die Wohnung bietet eine gesamte Fläche vom 72m². Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer, einen großen Balkon und ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit moderner Wohnküche, die mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und vielen nützliche Utensilien für Ihren täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet ist. Der Wohn-Esszimmer Bereich ist mit einem gemütlichen 3-Sitz-Sofa, Couchtisch, Sideboard und einem 55Zoll Flachbildfernseher eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit jeweils einem 1,8x2m Bett incl. Bettkasten, einem 2m breiten Kleiderschrank mit einer Spiegelschiebertür und Softeinzug möbliert. Die 3 Fach verglasten bodentiefen Holz-Fenster, welche sich zum schön gepflegten Innenhof richtet, sorgen für ruhige Nächte und Entspannung, falls man dem bewegten Leben entfliehen möchte. Von Straßenlärm oder den häufigen Veranstaltungen ist nichts zu hören. Die beiden hellbeleuchteten Badzimmer verfügt über jeweils eine Grohe Regendusche, WC und einen sehr großen Spiegel. Der Waschtrockner befindet sich in einem der Badzimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Zur U/S-Bahn-Station Warschauer Straße und zum Berlin Ostbahnhof sind es ca. 700m. In ca. 400m Entfernung befindet sich die East-Side-Mall mit zahlreichen Geschäften für das tägliche Leben und einem Fitnessstudio. In direkter Nachbarschaft sind zahlreiche Lokale und eine Bäckerei zu finden.

We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.
