Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your flat mates.
The backyard with its old trees also entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of Berlin’s coolest murals. The building has a big community room with a stunning garden view as well as a dedicated co-working area and lots of space to hang out in.
Since everyone has now already moved to Neukölln, Lichtenberg is the current favourite district of artists, free spirits and students alike. Located at the center of it with train station Lichtenberg in walking distance you are just a few stops away from legendary Sisyphos club, the buzzling Simon-Dach-Str. with its gazillions of hip restaurants and even some real life flamingos just around the corner at Europe’s biggest animal park.

This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Only 5 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station Osloer Straße (U8, U9, trams 50 and M13), and around 15 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Bornholmer Straße (S1, S2, S8, S25, S26 and S85) making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin within a short amount of time.

Our minimum contract period is 6 months but the duration after  the 6 months of your rental is unlimited. The termination period is only 1 month to the mid or end of each month.
