this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages.

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.

- Room Description
The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The common areas are also fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment, vacuum cleaner and all you need for your daily living. 
Should you want to book the room as a couple we will charge 100 € extra for the second person per Month.

- Area/Transportation
The nearest public transport is S-Bahn Station Pankow-Heinersdorf or S+U Pankow, a 6 to 10 minute walk from your apartment (S1, S2, S8 S85 / U2 / Tram 50, M1 / Bus 250, 155). From there you can reach every district of Berlin in shortest time. In the immediate vicinity you can also find some supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, kiosks, several restaurants and bars and everything else needed for a good living. 

- Landlord Policies
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + electricity + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Our minimum contract period is 6 months

There is a laundry room on site, which is bookable by app where the dryer costs 3 Euros and the Washing Machine 3.70 Euros, however, laundry detergent is already included in the price. The entire property is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, and you have the possibility to visit a vast range of community events. If you want to stay calm and relaxed, you can resort back to your room where you will have your personal Smart TV, a fully quipped kitchenette, bedding & towels. To make your experience even more comfortable, you can enjoy the benefits of your apartment being cleaned twice a month for you.

Yes, an extra fee of 200€ monthly applies to cover the additional costs of a second resident.
