For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :) 

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.

You will be the first to move into our brand-new building in Berlin Reinickendorf. In your private bedroom, you will find everything you need for a comfortable daily life, from a cozy bed to a nightstand, wardrobe, and desk. All you need to do is bring your bags, settle in, and enjoy your stay! 
Our apartments are purposefully built for both privacy and community. Cook some delicious dinners with your flatmates in your shared and fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining area to enjoy a good meal together. The newly built apartments at Simmelstraße are also equipped with shared bathrooms and balconies where you can relax and unwind. 
Located in Berlin Reinickendorf, Simmelstraße is a newly built, high quality building with thoughtfully designed bedrooms and fully equipped apartments. The building is situated in close proximity to several amenities, including supermarkets, parks and green spaces, restaurants and cafés, and essential services like banks and pharmacies. This means that you’ll have everything you need to unlock your next move in Berlin with full ease and convenience. 
Märkisches Viertel is one of the largest residential areas within Reinickendorf, characterized by its high-rise apartment buildings, green spaces, and amenities such as shopping centers and schools. This neighborhood is also home to several cultural centers, community halls, and youth clubs, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bakeries to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee. When it comes to public transportation, Märkisches Viertel is a well-connected area, with bus stops and U-Bahn (subway) stations providing convenient access to other parts of Berlin.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.

Zimmer in der Simmelstraße

Hi guys, this is a fully furnished with a privat bathroom  room in a shared House. 

The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. 

There is also another bathroom, which will be shared with the other flat-mates.

Couples allowed: 100€ monthly rent on top

Holländerstraße
