We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.

Siemensstadt is a district of Berlin's Spandau district. It was created by the resettlement of the works of Siemens & Halske and their subsidiary Siemens-Schuckert (SSW) with the associated modern factory buildings on Nonnenwiesen. The district is still characterised by extensive industrial facilities and green residential complexes, but the companies no longer belong exclusively to Siemens AG.
