Saldini 22 is an Apartment cosy and functional, perfect for business and leisure stays. The Apartment is located in Milano on the first floor and consists of 2 rooms. Saldini 22 enjoys a strategic location. The house is non-smoking. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom, can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located a few hundred meters from the "Argonne" stop of the Metro 4 which connects Linate airport and is alone and with 4 stops you are in the city center.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;

Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto.
