If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Barberini 3 Signum

In Via delle Fornaci un appartamento dallo stile sobrio e vivace, curato in modo accogliente e funzionale a un passo dalla basilica di S. Pietro e dal centro storico di Roma. Ospita fino a 4 persone (2 in camera da letto e 2 su divano letto) e rappresenta un'ottima soluzione di alloggio per quanti desiderano soggiornare in centro città e spostarsi a piedi.

Lo spazio
Questo è un appartamento di circa 55 mq, composto da camera, uno spazio comune con angolo cottura, adeguatamente attrezzato per la preparazione dei pasti, e da un bagno con doccia; dal balconcino della cucina che affaccia su un cortile interno, si gode la vista ravvicinata ed emozionante della cupola di Michelangelo; il secondo affaccio con balcone, dalla camera da letto, è su via delle Fornaci e rivolto verso il vicino Gianicolo e le sue omonime mura.
L’esposizione favorevole (est-ovest) e il piano alto garantiscono sia una illuminazione interna ottimale sia una piacevole e costante ventilazione che contribuisce alla frescura dell’alloggio anche durante il periodo estivo.
L’immobile è stato appena ristrutturato nel rispetto degli standard atti a garantirne igiene e comfort interni.
