Questo è un appartamento molto carino vicino al Policlinico Gemelli e all'Università Cattolica. È in una strada molto silenziosa. Si trova al quarto piano di un bell'edificio con una terrazza con casa per cane, un tavolo con sedie per cenare in estate, e tende per ombra ... All'interno, 2 camere da letto, un bel bagno con vasca, un soggiorno con cucina. L'appartamento è completamente arredato e attrezzato.

Per raggiungere l'ospedale Gemelli:
Uscendo dall'edificio girare a sinistra, proseguire fino alla strada principale, Pineta Sacchetti 
Girare a destra
Prosegui dritto per un paio di centinaia di metri, quindi gira a sinistra alla seconda strada, quindi a sinistra ancora. Hai praticamente l'ingresso principale dell'ospedale di fronte a te.
Per l'Università Cattolica:
Uscendo dall'edificio girare a sinistra, proseguire fino alla strada principale, Pineta Sacchetti 
Girare a sinistra e poi attraversare la strada dall'altra parte della strada.
Procedere per circa 50 metri e si arriva all'ingresso principale dell'università.
Per lo shopping alimentare:
Carrefour sta uscendo dall'edificio girare a sinistra, proseguire fino a Main Street
Girare a destra
Prosegui dritto per 400 metri, supera Nissan, poi dopo venti metri sul lato destro vedrai il supermercato.

4BNB - Otello is an Apartment  and with a Classic style, perfect for business and leisure stays.The Apartment is located in Roma  on the first floor and consists of 4 rooms . 4BNB - Otello enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of  3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 single beds, can accommodate up to 8 people.4BNB - Otello also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

4BNB - Luxury Mazzini Apartment is an Apartment cosy and with a Classic style, perfect for business and leisure stays.The Apartment is located in Roma  on the third floor and consists of 4 rooms . 4BNB - Luxury Mazzini Apartment enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of  3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 single bed, can accommodate up to 7 people.4BNB - Luxury Mazzini Apartment also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
