Es un piso muy grande con 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina con patio interior y un salón. El salón es muy espacioso y luminoso y cuenta con 2 áreas diferentes: una zona comedor y una zona con televisión, sofá y una estantería muy grande. Además, gracias a los ventanales todo el salón tiene muchísima luz.
En la cocina encontrarás todo lo necesario: numerosos armarios, nevera con congelador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, placa vitrocerámica y extractor. Además de un juego de ollas, sartenes y menaje de cocina. Pero no se acaba aquí, también cuenta con un pequeño tendedero acristalado con vistas al exterior, con varios armarios y un escobero.
Todo la casa cuenta con suelo de madera y calefacción central para que disfrutes en todo momento de una excelente temperatura.
También contarás con lavadora y limpieza de las zonas comunes cada 15 días, incluida en el precio. ¡Para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada!

El piso se encuentra en el área residencial del barrio de Arganzuela. Para aquellos que quieran practicar un poco de deporte, justo enfrente del edifico hay una piscina municipal, canchas de baloncesto y fútbol sala. Está a tan solo 10 minutos andando de Madrid Río (uno de los grandes parques de la ciudad) con numerosos comercios y otros parques alrededor. Además, está cercando el famoso "Rastro" madrileño de los domingos por la mañana.
