The apartment has three bedrooms and a bathroom, both fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and the living room is well furnished and includes a television. The apartment is very bright. 5 minutes away there is the metro station Pinar del Rey (L8).

This neighborhood is located in the district of Hortaleza. Pinar del Rey is considered one of the most agricultural old towns. Today it only has its church from 1689, but despite that, the neighborhood is full of 20th-century nuances. You will be able to have transport accessibility for training centers such as ESERP thanks to line 8 or EUDE that none of the different paths exceeds 20 minutes. But if marketing is your thing, ESIC has residences in this neighborhood for its students.

Este barrio se sitúa en el distrito de Hortaleza. Pinar del Rey es considerado uno de los pueblos antiguos más agrícolas. A día de hoy solo conserva su iglesia desde 1689, pero a pesar de eso, el barrio está lleno de matices del siglo XX. Podrás tener accesibilidad de transporte para centros formativos como ESERP gracias a la línea 8 o EUDE que ninguno de los diferentes caminos supera los 20 minutos. Pero si lo tuyo es el marketing, ESIC tiene residencias en este barrio para sus alumnos.

Álvarez de Villaamil is a station on the ML-1 line of the Madrid Metro network, belonging to the Metro Ligero, located on Calle del Príncipe Carlos, in the residential area of Sanchinarro, in the district of Valdefuentes (Hortaleza). The station was inaugurated on 24 May 20071 and is one of four surface stations on the line. It is named after the former mayor of Madrid Sergio Álvarez de Villaamil.
