OUTDOOR AREA: The apartment has a large balcony with lounge facilities and a table football. COMMON AREAS: All in common use with other condominium residents, two swimming pools—one outside and one indoors—a tennis court, and a gym are free for guests’ use . The town attracts visitors with its narrow cobbled streets, fresh seafood, and endless opportunities for sports, including surfing, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking. The apartment is located in the centre of the town, just a short walk from scenic sandy beaches. There is free parking on nearby streets. Lisbon is an hour drive from the apartment. The Ericeira bus station is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the property. Notes **Please note that guests are obligated to pay a city tax due to local government law. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee. House Rules Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
