It is a bright apartment with balconies overlooking the street located in a neighborhood with numerous gastronomic and leisure proposals. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has smart TV and young international atmosphere. ⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS: 🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid.
