[EN] The apartment is equipped with a furnished kitchen, with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, cutlery and all other basic equipment. In the living/dining room, you will find a table, a desk, and a TV corner. Of course, the usual furniture (sofa, cabinets,...) are also in there, as wel as an internet connection and telephone. The use of internet is included in the rent. In the bedroom, there are 2 beds or one large bed, with sheets, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath tub, with shower, a sink and a cabinet. Towels are also provided for. The toilet is a separate room, and the apartments have a balcony too. Furthermore, you will find some basic cleaning equipment in the apartment. Optional services: - Underground garage: € 80/month - Laundry (change of bedsheets and towels): € 15 pp - Cleaning (cleaning the whole apartment): € 55 - € 75 - Breakfast: € 15 Electricity will be charged according to use ( +/- € 40/month). The apartments and studios are heated with a central gas installation connected to solar boilers. We charge a fix amount for this, depending on the season.
