APARTMENT IN HISTORIC CENTER OF BARCELONA This apartment in the historic center of Barcelona is located in the neighborhood of Born in particular. There are some of the most interesting restaurants, bars, and boutiques there. This accommodation is newly renovated and carefully decorated, creating a bright environment, full of light. It consists of a modern furnished living room and a renovated kitchen with designed furniture, marked by the age of the beamed ceilings. You can enjoy your cup of morning coffee at a spacious community terrace with wooden benches and tables. You will have an opportunity to stay in a typical part of the old town, where you can also enjoy the picturesque area near Las Ramblas and El Borne. Both day and night, El Born has a rich cultural and gastronomic activity. On top of all these benefits, the apartment has an excellent connection, near to Jaume (L4), Urquinaona (L1) stations. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine. - The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar). - We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
