Il grande patio esterno coperto da un'ampia tettoia permette di godersi in tutta tranquillità la splendida vista sulla valle. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici. La villa dispone di 4 camere da letto e può ospitare fino a 7 persone. L’interno della villa è arredato in stile classico italiano con elementi di design moderno.Dista 1 km dal centro cittadino dove si trovano bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La fermata dell’autobus è poco distante dall’ingresso della proprietà.La villa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per godervi una vacanza. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti!E' obbligatorio essere in possesso di una carta di credito da lasciare a garanzia contro eventuali danni. Non si accettano carte prepagate e bancomat.Il camino e solo estetico non viene utilizzato, nel caso di utilizo verrà addebitata sanzione. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
