Perfect exterior room in a charming flat in the centre of Madrid. It has a double bed (135 cm), a double wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk. The room has its own lock and electric heating. It also has a balcony with views to Plaza de Santa Cruz. The size of the room is 8 m², it has all the space you need to make you feel like home.*Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided. Amplio apartamento, pero aun así acogedor, cómodo y limpio. Está ubicado en la Plaza de Santa Cruz, una pequeña plaza con una iglesia y terrazas al lado de la Puerta del Sol y la Plaza Mayor.El alojamiento es un espacioso piso de 8 habitaciones, y 5 de ellas cuentan con su propio baño privado dentro de la habitación. Para las habitaciones que no tienen baño privado, el piso cuenta con 2 baños para compartir, uno situado al lado de las habitaciones que lo comparten, y el otro dentro de la zona común. Esta zona común está totalmente equipada y dispone de distintos ambientes. Por un lado, tiene una zona con sofás y televisión para pasar un buen rato entre compañeros. Por otro lado, tiene también una zona equipada con una mesa de comedor y sillas, y una cocina de concepto abierto.El vecindario es seguro, y está rodeado de supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas, bares, clubs y todo lo que necesites. También, El Corte Inglés (los grandes almacenes más famosos de España) más cercano está ubicado a unos 3 minutos andando del piso. El piso es súper céntrico, así que probablemente visitarás todo el centro de la ciudad caminando. Las paradas de metro más cercanas son Sol y Ópera. It's a pretty big flat, but still cozy, comfortable and clean. It's located in Plaza de Santa Cruz, a quiet little square with a church and some terraces, right next to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.The flat has 8 rooms in total, and 5 of them have its own private bathroom. For the rooms that don’t have a private bathroom, the flat has 2 shared bathrooms: 1 of them is located right next to the 3 rooms with private bathroom; and the other one is located in the common area. This area is fully equipped, and it has different ambiences. On one hand, you have a living room with sofas and a TV to enjoy sharing time with your flamates. On the other hand, you also have an open concept kitchen.The neighborhood is safe, and it’s surrounded by supermarkets, terraces, restaurants, stores, bars, clubs and everything you need. Also, the nearest El Corte Inglés (the most famous department store in Madrid) is located really close, only 3 minutes walking from the flat.It's super central, so you will visit all the city center mostly by walking. The closest metro stations are Sol and Ópera.
