Less than a minute's walk from the ferry to the island of Tavira and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. On entering in the house Amarela 17 you are met by space, light and elegance. A house completely rebuilt in 2022, equipped and furnished to the highest level, with comfort and practicality in mind, whilst maintaining its historic character. With capacity for eight people, it offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with a bath and overhead shower. The double beds in two of the rooms can be converted into single beds and all bedroom windows are fitted with insect-proof screens (as are most windows and outside doors in the house). The beds are extremely comfortable and the Sampedro bed linen adds the final touch of luxury. On the ground floor you will find an outdoor living area, with a dining table under a pergola lit with fairy lights, that allows for large family meals outdoors. On the roof terrace, the plunge pool (with internal seating) and sun loungers promise hours of family fun and relaxation. Yoga mats are available in the house for those who like to stretch and hamman towels for the pool and beach are provided. An elegant living/dining room offers access to the main terrace where you will find the peace you are looking for! There is also a TV room/playroom/office - a multi-purpose room that can be used for games or perfect for those who need a workspace while staying. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a coffee machine, a Nespresso milk frother for those indulgent cappacinos, a large larder and a cosy breakfast corner for two. A separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra drinks fridge gives you access to the garage (note the 2.2m wide doorway) complete with type 2 electric car charging socket.
