Near the apartment you can find several restaurants, shops and even a huge park with a small river for you to be able to have fun and get in contact with nature if you want. The closest metro station is Campamento (Line 5).   Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments.
