There are also several bus lines that stop nearby, or you can opt for cabs and ride-hailing services like Uber. Alternatively, consider using shared bicycles or electric scooters. If you're nearby, walking can be an excellent way to explore the city's charming streets. *To book, tenants need to pay the first month's rent through the platform and then the security deposit. PT Em caso de cancelamento com antecedência superior a 60 dias, é restituído 100% do valor da taxa de reserva. Em caso de cancelamento com antecedência entre 30 e 60 dias, é restituído 50% do valor da taxa de reserva. Em caso de cancelamento com antecedência inferior a 30 dias, não é restituída a taxa de reserva. POLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTO ANTECIPADO Não existe possibilidade de cancelamento durante o curso do contrato. Em caso de incumprimento do período contratual, não existe qualquer reembolso. O período contratual é pago na totalidade (mesmo se o residente chegar depois da data de início ou sair antes da data de fim). EN In case of cancellation with a notice of over 60 days, 100% of the reservation fee is returned. In case of cancellation with a notice of 30 to 60 days, 50% of the reservation fee is returned. In case of cancellation with a notice of less than 30 days, the reservation fee is not returned. EARLY CANCELLATION POLICY There is no possibility of cancellation during the course of the contract. In case of breach of the contractual period, there is no refund. The contractual period is paid in full (even if the resident arrives later than the start date or leaves earlier than the end date).
