EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Where luminance meets design, Nubian is one of a kind. This 76-square-meter home rests in the Dreta de l'Eixample neighborhood, rich with fine cuisine and international shops. Step inside this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home to discover high-end desert aesthetics. From Nubian’s very entrance, natural light pours in from the french doors leading to a Juliet balcony. A custom accent wall draws on mystic shapes used in the desert design. The space veers to the right with the four-person dining set sitting adjacent to the living space. Nubian then leads to a galley-style kitchen. Marble backsplash, modern appliances, and cookware make the space feel regal. A two-person breakfast bar completes the kitchen. Further down the hallway, a dedicated workstation sits in front of Nubian’s first bedroom. The space offers a cozy daybed under two-toned textured walls. The next right leads to the detached bathroom. Honeycomb slate tiles cover the floor and carry into the all-glass shower. Nubian concludes with the second bedroom at the end of the hall. Backlighting and design combine to create a custom-made headboard framing the queen-size bed. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
