With its cozy living spaces, stylish decor, and convenient amenities, Marinella provides a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day of exploring. Spanning across 65 square meters, Marinella offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. One of the bedrooms also offers balcony access, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. The apartment’s beach theme is evident in both bedrooms through the use of abstract rope design and seabearing color scheme. The one bathroom is chic and functional in design and provides the perfect spot to get ready for your day. The open plan living room and kitchen area is the heart of the apartment, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind in the comfortable seating area while enjoying your favorite movies or shows on the entertainment system. The dedicated workstation is perfect for catching up on work or browsing the internet, and the dining table provides a cozy spot for enjoying meals together. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals with ease. Whether you're brewing a morning coffee or cooking a delicious dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. One of the apartment highlights is the balcony that extends from the living room. Step outside and soak up the sunshine while enjoying a cup of coffee or indulge in a delightful al fresco meal at the small outdoor dining table. Marinella is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate even during the warmest days. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
