Baia boasts an open and airy studio layout that maximizes space and style. The sleeping area features a queen-size bed, subtly separated from the living space by elegant curtains, ensuring a private sleeping environment. In addition to the main bed, a sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping arrangements for guests. The bathroom is modern and sleek, offering everything you need to freshen up. The living room is tastefully adorned with beach-themed decor that evokes a sense of coastal relaxation. Here, you'll find an entertainment system, a dedicated workstation, and a dining table. Large doors provide access to a charming balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. Baia's fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and ample countertop space for preparing your favorite dishes. To keep you comfortable year-round, Baia is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a cool and refreshing indoor environment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
