Ducenta features a beautifully designed bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, allowing you to enjoy relaxing baths during your stay. For extra guests wanting to spend a night, this apartment comes with a cozy sofa bed. The living room plays with colors and textures to bring the beach theme to life. Here, you'll find an entertainment system, ensuring you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day of exploring the city. A dedicated workstation and a dining table complete the living area, providing versatile spaces for work and leisure. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Individual air conditioning in each room ensures a cool and refreshing indoor environment, regardless of the weather outside. Ducenta offers disabled access and a dedicated parking space, making it accessible and hassle-free for all guests. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
