EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The lusciousness of Lunda remains unmatched. With 120 impressive square meters of jungle-inspired design, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom feels luxurious. Located in the trendy district of Malasaña, guests are invited to try some of Madrid’s finest cuisine and gaze up at the historic sights. With elevated ceilings and radiant lighting, Lunda begins with an inviting entryway. A step to the right leads to the hallway with Lunda’s two bedrooms and the first detached bathroom. The first bedroom will transport guests to a Congolese getaway with the hanging bamboo canopy draped in sheer textiles over top of the queen-sized bed. Lunda’s second bedroom brings the earthy palette of the Congo into the space with two-toned walls and fibrous accent panels behind the queen-sized bed. The space concludes with a walk-in closet. At the end of the hall is the first detached bathroom. Both stylish and spa-like, the left wall is coated in a hand-painted accent wall leading to the all-glass walk-in shower. In the corner is a halo-lit double floating vanity. To the left is a sitting area fit for an afternoon read. Straight on is the sleek kitchen space. Modern cabinetry and appliances line the left of the space while a two-person breakfast bar sits to the right. To the left of the kitchen is the open concept living and dining space. A spacious six-person dining set encourages Congolese-themed dinner parties. Between the two spaces sits a dedicated workstation. The space is completed with the salon boasting designer furnishings and a custom-made wooden crested accent wall. Past the kitchen is the second bathroom. With a modern feel, the space boasts a floating vanity and walk-in shower. All bedding and linens provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
