The documents to be signed will be: - General Conditions - Application for Housing Allocation PAYMENTS TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING will be: FOR ANNUAL CONTRACT - the payment of the second monthly payment - the security deposit equal to two monthly payments which will be returned 60 days from the date of check out. The due dates for subsequent payments are as follows: 2nd installment to 07/10/2024 amount equal to 2 monthly payments 3rd installment to 09/12/2024 amount equal to 3 monthly payments 4th installment to 07/03/2025 amount equal to 3 monthly payments 5th installment to 09/06/2025 amount equal to 2 monthly payments FOR FIRST SEMESTER CONTRACT - the payment of the second monthly instalment - the security deposit amounting to two monthly payments which will be returned at 60 days from the date of check out. Subsequent due dates are as follows: 2nd installment to 07/05/2025 amount equal to 3 monthly payments CANCELLATION POLICIES PRE CHECK-IN: If the reservation is confirmed by the landlord, there is no refund in case of cancellation. POST CHECK-IN: The tenant must provide at least 30 (thirty) days notice of cancellation, and must still recognize to the owner a cancellation penalty corresponding to two months' rent, subject to the limit of what is due in total for the entire term of the Contract.
