Our rentals are strictly following the ALUR law in France. Once the contract is signed, security deposit paid and recurring rent payment are made through our platform by the tenant, the room is fully theirs for as long as they wish, contacts are always for 1 year automatically renewable each year. After moving-in, tenants can give us their notice of departure at any time (1 month minimum before the end date) . They will be able to do so directly on our tenant platform. The tenants will have to pay their rent until the last day of their rental and their security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the property. In order to apply for a room, here is the list of mandatory documents to be submitted by the tenant on our online platform: - Proof of situation (school certificate of enrolment / Work contract) - ID - Proof of address (any utility bill or a letter from their host with their utility bill) - Proof of funds : Option 1: Tenant is working in France: 3 last payslips, last tax report Option 2: Tenant has a guarantor working in France : 3 last payslips, last tax report, work contract, ID, letter of guarantee (found on our online platform) Option 3: Other situation : third party guarantee such as GarantMe or SmartGarant.
