Nice room with a balcony in the bedroom itself, 100 × 100 exterior and recently renovated, the apartment in which it is located is just 900 m from the university and less than 10 minutes walk from the university and the clinical hospital of Zaragoza. Currently there are two boys living in the apartment, one of them a medical student at the University of Zaragoza and the other a worker. Their ages are between 28 and 65 years old. Both are orderly, organized and cordial with their colleagues, the coexistence so far has always been positive. The house is completely renovated, has an elevator and heating.
