Family-Friendly Services: If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility. Internet Access: Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions. Special Bookings and Events: For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
