With a playground for children, proximity to some of the best golf courses, and essential services nearby, this will be your ideal home for a complete Algarve experience! - Building Apartment located on the top floor in one of the buildings, with an elevator, at The Residences at Victoria, by Tivoli, resort. This renowned resort features two adult pools (one indoor and one outdoor) and an outdoor children's pool. You will also have access to the gym, golf course (about 3km from the resort), bars, and a playground. Breakfast is available at the pool snack-bar and you can request it on site. The apartment has central air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year. - Living Room The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The room opens up to a pleasant balcony with a dining table where you can enjoy the scenery and moments of relaxation and sharing that will stay in your memory. - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One suite with a double bed and balcony, and another with two single beds. Both with built-in wardrobes. - Bathrooms It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and another, en-suite, with a bathtub. - Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included). The kitchen connects to a small balcony with a washing machine/dryer. - Pools The resort has three pools, 2 outdoor (adult and children) and 1 indoor (available all year and heated), open from 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pool towels are available for free upon request. - Parking The apartment has two free parking spaces in the residential garage, directly connect to the apartment via elevator. - Bars Two bars are available for you to enjoy a refreshing drink or cocktail - a snack bar (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a pool bar (both open only from April to October). - Bicycles You can rent bicycles to explore the surroundings in a different and fun way. This service is available during the high season, from April to October. - Golf Course Access to multiple Dom Pedro golf courses, about 3km from the resort (at an additional cost). The Tivoli golf course is currently closed for maintenance. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Pools may be under maintenance without notice from the resort. → Night time in person assistance for reasons beyond the property's responsibility will have a cost of 25€ after 10:00 pm and 50€ after 00:00am. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory. Please contact us for more information.

(EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
