When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Cancellations must be submitted at least three months before your planned check-out date. According to the agreement, there are special rules regarding termination: in August and December, contracts may only be terminated at the end of the month.
