Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or 6 PM will cost EU 34,99. Casa da Fonte is a residence in the center with five (5) rooms and one (1) bathroom, one of the rooms has a private bathroom. The house is oriented towards students and young cosmopolitans/professionals. Located in the center of Alameda and next to the Fonte Luminosa. The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request. The common area has a dining table with benches, a TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area, as well as a telephone with free fixed calls in the lobby. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff. The kitchen has two (2) refrigerators with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives. This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, taking advantage of a Pingo Doce, mini-markets, CTT, bank branches, pastry shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. It has a direct connection to the airport (Alameda metro station), as well as to the main train stations (Roma-Areeiro, Rossio, Oriente), either on foot, by metro, or by bus. In addition, there are also several bus stops with connections to all parts of the city. All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies. *** Utilities are included until EU 40,00 per month.
