Casa da Fonte is a residence in the center with five (5) rooms and one (1) bathroom, one of the rooms has a private bathroom. The house is oriented towards students and young cosmopolitans/professionals. Located in the center of Alameda and next to the Fonte Luminosa. The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request. The common area has a dining table with benches, a TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area, as well as a telephone with free fixed calls in the lobby. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff. The kitchen has two (2) refrigerators with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives. This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, taking advantage of a Pingo Doce, mini-markets, CTT, bank branches, pastry shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. It has a direct connection to the airport (Alameda metro station), as well as to the main train stations (Roma-Areeiro, Rossio, Oriente), either on foot, by metro, or by bus.
