I was named from the crater of the planet Venus (3° N, 16.6° E), itself named after Modoc Indian heroine (c. 1848-1932). With both feet on Earth (and even more), I am the proof that the habitat of the future is not only invented in space and science fiction stories! I am a bright and green residence, contemporary style, and I was born in Romainville. Only 15 minutes from the center of Paris by public transport, I am easily accessible (5 minutes walking) by line 5. I am large: 307 m2, enough to accommodate the full and exciting lives of 13 happy tenants. My plan for your enjoyment? Living room, kitchen, dining room, veranda but also a large garden and a screening room! All in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
