The 20 sqm Studio Plus Apartments are located in a beautiful old building in Berlin – spread over several floors without an elevator. Each apartment in this category has its own bathroom with shower and is equipped with a 140 bed, table with two chairs, wardrobe, TV and a design kitchenette. In addition to a stove and refrigerator, this also offers a coffee machine, kettle and necessary cooking utensils. WiFi is available throughout the building. For stays of 30 days or more cleaning with linen change takes place every 14 days. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be booked on site.
