Ha un ingresso indipendente, che con pochi scalini consente di raggiungere l’appartamento che si affaccia su un bellissimo giardino  con panorama .La casa si compone di ingresso, ambiente salotto da cui si accede alla camera da letto, alla cucina ed il bagno.Una soluzione ideale per chi cerca un piacevole spazio esterno a pochi minuti dalle maggiori attrazzioni ed immerso in un’oasi di quiete.Posizionata all’inizio della via del Parco Margherita, famosa per il suo stile liberty, ad angolo con il corso Vittorio Emanuele. Nelle immediate vicinanze potete trovare la funicolare di Chiaia che collega i quartieri del Vomero e Chiaia da cui è possibile raggiungere le vie dello shopping ed il lungomare. Percorrendo la via del Parco Margherita vi troverete a Piazza Amedeo con l’omonima fermata della metropolitana. 24 e 31 dicembre: i check-in saranno disponibili fino alle ore 18.00. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. In the immediate vicinity you can find the Chiaia funicular that connects the districts of Vomero and Chiaia from which you can reach the shopping streets and the seafront. Along the Via del Parco Margherita you will find yourself in Piazza Amedeo with the homonymous metro stop. December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 6 p.m. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night -for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
