Become part of a vibrant community of young professionals and live stress-free in a spacious co-living apartment! We have a beautiful furnished private room available in our apartment. Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase. The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as your want (our minimum rental period is 3 months, with a termination notice of 1 month). The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following: - rent - utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating) - high-speed internet - beautiful design furniture - cleaning shared space (2 x per week) - cleaning private rooms (1 x per week) - linen service (every two weeks) - shared household supplies s.a. toilet paper, laundry detergent, salt & pepper etc. - adress registration - taxe d'habitacion - Netflix & Disney+ As a member of our co-living community, you get access to a broader network of young professionals that live in our apartments in London, Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, Oslo and more. Our members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room swap with members in other cities. Please be aware that Roomless is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you want to apply, you can contact me via the platform. Before accepting your booking request, we will send you an invitation for a short call to get to know you a bit better and give you all the information you need.
