City Hall is centrally located and boasts a total of six rooms (two couples rooms and four single rooms), a large kitchen big enough to include a dining space and a massive stove, two full bathrooms featuring either a shower or soaking tub, a laundry room, an elegant dining space with floor to ceiling shelves and a living room that’s optimal for hosting events. In fact, a lot of LifeX events have been hosted here simply because the apartment’s flow allows for both privacy and togetherness.

It is a very diverse district, home to people from all over the world and also suited to everyone from creatives and students to families and retirees. Vesterbro offers a little bit of everything, great food, bars, shops, and very close proximity to the downtown area without the hustle and bustle at your doorstep.

This modern apartment has beautiful wooden floors and large double glass windows and central heating. There are 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area and a lounge area with TV.  There is 1 shared bathroom with a laundry machine and dryer and room 4 has a private ensuite bathroom.  From the living room you have access to the shared balcony and the building has a green backyard with tables and benches. Right down at the water there is an event room which can be booked for social events exclusively by tenants.

Go for a swim in your back yard ! The apartment is located on the beautiful Teglholmen island in the area of Sydhavn, surrounded by green areas and water. The water is only 50 meters from the apartment. Here you can find a cafe with large outdoor terrace overlooking the water and a kajak and paddle board hotel. In summer, the nearby canals are perfect for a refreshing dive. From the apartment it's a 5-minute bike ride to Vesterbro and the popular meatpacking district and 10 minutes to the Central station.

We have a beautiful furnished private room available in our apartment. Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase.

The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as your want (our minimum rental period is 3 months, with a termination notice of 1 month). 

The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following:

Sydhavnen is a neighbourhood just south of the city centre that mixes nature, an architectural boom and authentic harbour-side living. This former fishing area is experiencing an architectural boom and should be your go-to place for waterside experiences. Many buildings in Sydhavnen are directly on the water and the streets are set up around many different canals that are connected, giving you the feeling you are in the modern version of Venice. Renting a stand-up paddleboard or a canoe and sailing the canals is a popular activity in Sluseholmen. There is also a harbour bath including a sauna during the winter months. In the last years, Sydhavnen has become booming and new cafes and restaurants have popped up, making it practically unnecessary to leave the area.

Specially in summer, the water is a popular place and perfect for a refreshing dive. What you will notice about this building immediately when you see it is the excellent choice of materials and the overall layout. The various types of construction, the decorative different materials and colours used for the facade, the inner staircases, the choice of lighting - everything tells you that the architect tried to create a residential building that would please the residents.
From the apartment it's a 5-7 minute bike ride to Vesterbro and the popular meatpacking district and 10 minutes to the Central station.

The kitchen is enormous and has a large dining room table that can fit at least 10 people. There are around three living room spaces in this apartment, with a TV area, chill out area and a cozy area. This makes it the perfect place to do different activities or hobbies, like move nights, drawing, playing board games, reading a book or just hanging out with the flatmates.
