Ce logement est disponible pour un bail mobilité UNIQUEMENT. Le bail mobilité est un type de bail de location meublée de courte durée. Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un superbe studio, très charmant, refait à neuf de  21m²  situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur d'un bel immeuble typiquement parisien. Il se compose de:
- Un agréable séjour avec un canapé-lit (deux personnes), et une TV
- Un espace dinatoire, un bar avec deux chaises
- Une cuisine équipée ouverte :  réfrigérateur, four, bouilloire, machine à café, plaque à induction, TV ...
- Une salle d'eau avec douche et toilette
- TV et Internet Haut Débit (WiFi).

Les attractions à proximité comprennent le Grand Point-Virgule, le musée Zadkine et le Pathé Parnasse. 

Il se compose de deux chambres à coucher, avec deux lits doubles, d'un salon, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bains et de toilettes séparées avec lavabo. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note that there is currently façade renovation work being carried out on the building. These works are beyond our control and we are not responsible for this situation. Consequently, no requests for compensation or refunds will be accepted for any inconvenience caused.
