        Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
    commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).

        Cette superbe chambre privative en colocation, meublée, équipée et prête-à-vivre à Lyon accorde confort et design. Elle offre de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous reste plus à apporter que vos vêtements pour être chez vous ! La chambre possède un verrou si besoin.

    Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
    couette, oreillers…).

        Le logement se trouve dans le quartier Brotteaux, en plein coeur de Lyon. De nombreux transports publics, restaurants, commerces sont situés aux environs. La colocation est à l'étage 1 . Elle est entièrement meublée et possède une cuisine équipée avec frigo, ustensiles, bouilloire, vaisselle, poêles, micro-ondes, casseroles, grille-pain… Mais aussi lave-linge, planche à repasser, fer à repasser, tancarville.
 Tout le matériel pour le ménage est sur place à l'intérieur de la colocation : balai-brosse, seau et serpillère, aspirateur, balai… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : taxe sur les ordures, assurance habitation, eau, électricité, charges de copropriété, wifi illimité.

    Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
    décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
    technique et matérielle.

        Au cœur du quartier, l'ancienne gare des Brotteaux, à l'architecture magnifique, regroupe les ventes aux enchères Paris Drouot, la brasserie Est du grand chef cuisinier Paul Bocuse, ainsi qu'un bar rooftop branché et un club privé. Le quartier est calme, bourgeois et réputé pour la beauté de ses rues, places et fontaines. Les Brotteaux, où se situe cette ravissante chambre en colocation prête-à-vivre, sont à mi-chemin entre Part-Dieu et le Parc de la Tête d’Or. Au nord des Brotteaux, le Parc de la Tête d'Or offre des espaces verts, un lac et un zoo ouvert avec plus de 400 animaux. Au sud, la Part-Dieu, située au cœur du centre d’affaires de Lyon, abrite un des plus grands centres commerciaux d’Europe, et constitue le hub pour les transports lyonnais (métros, trains, aéroport...).

    d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
    pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à

    soyez français ou étranger. Pour connaître le montant potentiel de votre

        All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
    and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).

        This marvelous bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lyon offers comfort and design. It has household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet Just bring your belongings to settle in well! The room has a lock if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare is strategically located in the "Brotteaux" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several restaurants, public transports, shops are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely furnished and includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, kettle, kitchen ustensils, crockery, microwave, pans… It also has an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack.
 You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, housing insurance, water.

    by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

        At the heart of the Brotteaux neighbourhood in the 6th arrondissement is an architectural wonder - the old Brotteaux train station, now home to the Paris Drouot auction house and 3-Michelin-starred chef Paul Bocuse’s “Est” brasserie as well as a trendy rooftop bar and a private nightclub. This calm, bourgeois neighbourhood is renowned for the beauty of its streets, public squares and fountains. Situated in Lyon’s 6th arrondissement, where you can found this cosy bedroom in a furnished flatshare, Brotteaux is half-way between Part Dieu and the Tête d’Or park. To the North, the Tête d’Or park offers green spaces, a lake and an open-air zoo home to more than 400 animals. To the south, Part Dieu, Lyon’s business district, accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres and the city’s main transport hub (trains, buses, trams, subway, airport shuttle…).
