    From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Hop on the RER B train towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. From there, you're just a short metro ride away.
    From Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval light train to Antony, and transfer to the RER B, heading towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye. Stop at Denfert-Rochereau.

Public Transportation at Your Doorstep:

Professional housekeeping is included at both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is pristine for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
Should you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We'll provide these, subject to availability.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate. 
Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.

Deposit Requirement:
A €250 deposit is required and must be paid online by credit card via SWIKLY. It will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided no damages are found.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor detection: €450.
Extra key: Available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Keys: Do not leave keys in the door or inside the apartment.
Noise: Respect neighbors and avoid loud disturbances, as noise complaints may result in deposit deductions.
Building renovations: Please be aware that nearby renovations may cause occasional daytime noise.

Internet Usage:
Internet access must not be used for illegal activities or to access prohibited websites under French and European law.
We are not responsible for internet malfunctions caused by telecom providers, and no compensation will be provided for such issues.

Photography and Professional Use:
Photo shoots, filming, and commercial activities are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for rates and permissions.

Age Requirement:
The minimum age to reserve is 21 years. If under 21, guests must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay, and no refunds will be issued if this rule is violated.

It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. The flatshare can be found in the Salpêtrière neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor 5 with lift. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, kettle… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every  furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax.
