Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:

Cigarette Odor Post-stay: €450.
Extra Key: Reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
