By Taxi: A quick taxi ride from any major transport hub will whisk you straight to the apartment.
By Train: If you're coming from the airport, the RER B train takes you close to the property.
From the Airport: Shuttle services can be arranged upon request for a hassle-free arrival.

Public Transportation:
Metro: The closest metro stations are Saint-Michel and Cluny – La Sorbonne, connecting you to Lines 4 and 10, respectively.
Bus Lines: Multiple bus routes, including the 21, 27, 38, and 85, operate in the vicinity, offering convenient access to every corner of Paris.
Cycling: Bike-sharing stations are also available nearby for those who prefer a more active mode of travel.

Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note that there is currently façade renovation work being carried out on the building. These works are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for this situation. Consequently, no requests for compensation or refunds will be accepted for any inconvenience caused.

Internet Access:
Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Please understand that Internet malfunctions by telecommunication operators are not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation.
NB:We would like to inform you that the internet connection is currently unavailable for an indefinite period. We are doing our utmost to re-establish the connection with the operators concerned.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
