Nous sommes actuellement présents dans certaines des villes les plus importantes d'Europe. Splendide appartement rénové et meublé situé Rue de Lille, dans le quartier de Invalides. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée avec ascenseur, à proximité des stations Musée d’Orsay et Solférino. Dans les environs, on peut trouver des attractions telles que le musée d'Orsay, le Jardin des Tuileries et les Invalides.

Il est composé d'une chambre à coucher avec un lit double, un séjour avec une cuisine ouverte et une salle de bains en suite. Le lit est équipé de draps doux, idéales pour un bon repos nocturne. La cuisine est entièrement équipée des derniers appareils électroménagers et des ustensiles de cuisine. L'appartement dispose d'une salle de bains équipée d'une douche complète et de serviettes. Il y à, aussi, une jolie terrasse de 9m2 à votre disposition. Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
