The apartment on the 5th floor is located on a side street off the famous Charlottenburg Palace, and one has a magnificent view over the rooftops of Berlin. Public transportation such as the subway, buses, and S-Bahn are within a 2-minute walk. Many restaurants, bars, cafes, theaters, and shops are in the neighborhood. 

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Charlottenburg Palace Garden, a versatile showcase of royal garden art. In the palace-distant area, there are meadows perfect for sunbathing and picnics. The palace garden is also popular for its riverside promenade along the Spree, inviting for walks and jogging. Additionally, the Schlossbrücke pier is a popular starting point for boat tours and steamer trips through the city center and to Wannsee.

Hier angeboten wird eine sanierte 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im schönen Charlottenburg, direkt am Schloss Charlottenburg.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei möblierten Zimmern mit ca. 14qm und ca. 20qm und befindet sich sehr ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus des gepflegten Berliner Altbaus.

Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen Start in Berlin benötigt.

Beide Zimmer sind mit einem Doppelbett (140x200cm) ausgestattet. Theoretisch also wuch zu zweit beziehbar.

In der Miete von 1650€ sind die Nebenkosten wie Heizung und Internetkosten bereits enthalten. Die/Der Mieter muss nur noch einen Vertrag mit einem Stromanbieter abschliessen.

Es werden 2-3 Personen gesucht, die sich bereits kennen und zusammenwohnen wollen. Jedes Zimmer erhält auch einen separaten Mietvertrag wenn gewünscht.

Es kann auch nur das grosse Zimmer mit ca. 20qm angemietet werden. Der Preis hierfür sind 850€ pro Monat

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
