this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also, the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Registration/Anmeldung is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

This appartment has two bathrooms.

For the move in dates we sometimes have the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In some cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our chats :)

Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Wilmersdorf is located in Berlin’s western side of the city. Much like Charlottenburg, the streets of Wilmersdorf are lined with ornate, pre-war buildings and upscale shopping. Preussenpark, nicknamed “Thai Park” on a Sunday is the place to find food vendors with some of the city’s best Thai food.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.

The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110.

(The minimum stay is 3 months and the maximum stay period is 1 year. However, it is possible to extend the stay in the same structure by moving to another room)

Das Apartment ist so gestaltet, dass es nicht nur Platz zum Schlafen, sondern auch zum Wohnen und Kochen bereitstellt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem geräumigen Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und verspricht erholsame Nächte.

Die große Sitzecke im Wohnbereich bietet eine gemütliche Couch, die den Raum für Entspannung und gesellige Momente abrundet. Der Esstisch für 3 Personen ermöglicht gemeinsame Mahlzeiten in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche ergänzt das Apartment und erlaubt die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten nach individuellen Vorlieben.

Zusätzlich bietet das Apartment eine Terrasse oder einen Balkon, um das Wohngefühl ins Freie zu erweitern. Diese Außenfläche schafft Raum für Erholung und Frischluft. Standart Apartment

Grunewald is a district of Berlin, belonging to the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The exclusive district includes the large forest of the same name and a residential area of elegant villas and hotels. The artificial Teufelsberg hill, created from the rubble left over from World War II and with a Cold War listening station on top, is now open to the public for tours. Nearby are the Teufelssee lake and the Ökowerk nature centre. In addition, Grunewald station houses a memorial to platform 17, from which trains departed for the deportation of Jews.
