The building, which was rebuilt in 2001 by adding a roof extension, contains an elevator and bicycle storage.
The living area has a dining table for 4 (four) people with floor to ceiling windows, as well as, a sofa that can be converted into a bed. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has natural light. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with a small table for 3 (three).

The listed housing estate is located in the district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, district Wilmersdorf. Due to its proximity to Olivaer Platz, Kurfürstendamm, Adenauer Platz and Preußenpark, this is a very popular and urban residential area where the charm of the Berlin West has been preserved. Numerous shopping facilities and specialist shops as well as upscale gastronomy, with established pubs and bars are within walking distance. The underground stations Adenauer Platz and Konstanzer Straße are within short walking distance. The nearby city freeway also offers optimal transport connections.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is 120 square meters in size and the rooms are particularly bright and one room has a balcony. The rooms are equipped with a king-sized box-spring bed with fine bedding as well as two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large mirror, a working desk with a corresponding chair, a floor lamp and a large closet. In addition to your own room, you and your (hidden) share a spacious kitchen. Moreover, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. Furthermore, you can enjoy a big bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in a beautiful and well maintained old building the city district Nordend West. Ideal for young professionals. More central is hardly possible! In addition, Nordend West convinces not only by its location, but also by its hip vibes. At every corner one can find trendy bars and restaurants.

The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Wilmersdorf is located in Berlin’s western side of the city. Much like Charlottenburg, the streets of Wilmersdorf are lined with ornate, pre-war buildings and upscale shopping. Preussenpark, nicknamed “Thai Park” on a Sunday is the place to find food vendors with some of the city’s best Thai food.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
