The ground floor houses the inviting living area, which seamlessly transitions into a modern kitchen. From the living area, you can directly access the terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The garden, which can be shared, adds additional charm to the property, as it represents a listed architectural feature. Due to the historical significance of the building, an energy certificate is not required.

The upper floor accommodates the two cozy bedrooms and the bathroom, ensuring a clear separation between living and sleeping areas.

The rent includes all utilities, such as gas, water, electricity, and internet. The monthly condominium fee is also included in the rent. A minimum stay of 6 months is required.

We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.
