The garden, which can be shared, adds additional charm to the property, as it represents a listed architectural feature. Due to the historical significance of the building, an energy certificate is not required.

The upper floor accommodates the two cozy bedrooms and the bathroom, ensuring a clear separation between living and sleeping areas.

The rent includes all utilities, such as gas, water, electricity, and internet. The monthly condominium fee is also included in the rent. A minimum stay of 6 months is required.

We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)

Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
