Hallo so schön das du hier bist. Wir (Rahul & Juliane, beide 36) vermieten unsere Wohnung. Wir sprechen DE/EN/HINDI :) Wir reisen beide von Januar - Ende April 2025. Und vermieten unsere Wohnung unter. Wir freuen uns über nette Untermieter, die sich in diesem Zeitraum liebevolle um unsere Wohnung kümmern.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in Berlin Pankow. Zu Fuß ist die Tram 50 in 1 Min erreichbar. S2, S8, S85, M1, U2 in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Pankow. Hinter der Wohnung liegt in 5 Gehminuten der Schlosspark Pankow, mit einem kleinen Bachlauf, Wiese und vielen Bäumen.

Wir freuen uns dich bzw. euch mit einem kleinen Steckbrief kennenzulernen. Wenn dir die Wohnung gefällt schicke uns gerne eine Nachricht mit ein paar Informationen zu dir, Hobbies, Beruf, Alter. Im Anschluss melden wir uns bei dir zurück und vereinbaren einen Video-Call zur Besichtigung oder eine Besichtigung direkt vor Ort. Wir freuen uns auf dich.

Hi Guys, 

this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages.

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.
