This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with electronic roller shutters, so a complete black-out of the room is possible. Each room offers a box-spring bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, a floor lamp, a mirror, fine art, a big closet, a chest of drawers, a working desk, and a corresponding working desk chair. In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. A charming seating corner with two high chairs at the window of the kitchen invites you to socialize with your co-tenants. The fridge in the kitchen is large and has enough space to keep the food fresh. Furthermore, there is also a freezer, an oven, a stove, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is very spacious with an elegant shower, a mirror sink, and a very modern washing machine.

LOCATION:

The apartment is located in a very beautiful and well-maintained old building in the middle of the exclusive Frankfurt district - Westend North! Ideal for young professionals. The next metro stations - Holzhausenstraße or Adickesallee - are only a few meters away from the entrance of the building, the metro station Grünburgweg and the main street Reuterweg only a few minutes away. Moreover, within 2 stops you can already reach the S-Bahn station Hauptwache. More central is hardly possible! In addition, Frankfurt Westend does not only convince by its central location, but also by its exclusivity. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
