Please note, the return of your apartment to us is one week before the end of the rental period, in order to be able to carry out cleaning, maintenance and repair measures necessary due to the use of the apartment and for a direct follow-up rental. We have calculated the rent on the basis of an effective term shortened by one week, so that this regulation does not represent an economic disadvantage for you. Of course, if you extend your stay with us and continue to reside in your apartment, no prior move-out is required between your old lease and your new lease.
