wardrobe, desk, and chair, allowing you to move in with just a suitcase.

fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine with drying function.
Balconies or loggias are furnished with a table and two chairs.
Some of our apartments are currently undergoing renovation. Should this be the case, all
apartments are guaranteed to be ready for occupancy by the agreed move-in date. After
completion, they meet our high standards of quality and furnishing. As all our apartments
follow the same design concept, you can expect an equally attractive and comfortable living
environment.
